Ordering Processing Times

This refers to the time it take to process an order before shipping. This time varies, but will average about 1-5 days depending on the items being ordered. Some items may take a bit longer when customized and/or handmade at order.

 ***COVID-19*** Current processing time is 14 days unless otherwise noted. Shipping M-F. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders ship First Class Mail via USPS both domestically and internationally.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 5-7 business days. Most orders are shipped within 14 days of ordering. 

***Some larger handmade items may have longer processing times, please see item descriptions for information***

Please ensure that all addresses are correct.

If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Chocolate Bar Boutique is not responsible for additional shipping rates or customs charges by customers when importing our goods.


Damages
Chocolate Bar Boutique does NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit. Any claims on damaged packages must be reported to the carrier.
